PACKAGES

Individual packages are shown with cuts and approximate weights for the 2005 Season.  The beef is 10-12 months old and aged for 21 days prior to being cut, wrapped and frozen.  The steak and roast cuts are small, lean and exceptionally tender and flavorful.  Round and Round Tip are mechanically tenderized.  It is suggested that you cook natural beef more slowly as it is a more lean healthy meat.  Packages are wrapped and weighed individually.  Twenty pounds will take approximately 1.5 cubic feet of freezer space.  These packages make wonderful "Thank You", Birthday or Christmas Gifts.
