Carrizo Valley Ranch Natural Beef offers you young, lean, beef, dry-aged to perfection, ready for your freezer. Our steers are raised on grass in the mountains of Southern New Mexico, fed a high energy ration for 60 days and then dry-aged for 21 days to enhance tenderness and flavor. The steak and roast cuts are small, lean and exceptionally tender and flavorful. It is suggested that you cook natural beef more slowly as it is a more lean, healthful meat.
